  We have used the Terracotta Shop for several flooring projects in our house and have always found them to be exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to recommend an excellent local tiler and always communicated when our ordered tiles had arrived in the store for collection. They were also able to refund us for unopened boxes that turned out to be excess to our requirements. We would definitely use them again, we're just running our of rooms that need tiling now!

  Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly service. This shop goes the extra mile in advice and sourcing. I much prefer this personal service to the big tile stores and there is a much wider range available.
